          The Cordless Knife is a cordless electric knife that is suitable for cutting fruits,vegetables,breads and meats. DO NOT use this knife for cutting non-food items such as cardboard,wood,sheet metal or masonry

          The blades provided with your Cordless Knife are intended for use while mounted in the Motorized Handle.NO NOT attempt to cut with the blades while removed from the Motorized Handle. For best results and to avoid damage to counter tops,alwaysuse a wooden or plastic cutting board.

          When not in use,the blades should be removed from the Motorized Handle and placed in the clear plastic protective sleeve(included). The blades should always be removed and cleaned immediately after cutting raw meats to prevent the transfer of salmonella and other food-borne diseases to ther foods

How to use Cordless Kife : 

Clean blades prior to each use and insert into the Motorized Handle

Wash all food items to be cut and arrange on a suitable cutting surface

Grasp your Cordless Knife and turn on using the black Start Button.

Cut food items while pressing gently downward.There is no need to move the blade back and forth

To turn off the Cordless Knife,release your thumb from the Start Button

Clean your Cordless Knife with a damp cloth and store in a safe place with blades removed and inserted in the protective plastic sleeve
